The business is co-founded by 2 creators Chris Williamson and James Smith, their manager Luke Betts and Shan Hanif (Genflow). We are now entering our growth phase and building a world class team to help us get there. 

 

THE ROLE

 

As a Neutonic Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta's platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our advertising budget is spent effectively to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media (PPC and Paid Social) 
  • Ownership of the digital marketing budget, performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Utilise expert-level knowledge of media buying across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive effective advertising campaigns.
  • Daily campaign management - optimising campaigns to deliver campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse daily key marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CPA), LTV and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Work closely with our wider team to create suitable assets to test and scale.
  • Explore, test and implement new acquisition channels and retention strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and growth.

 

Ideal Skills + Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment 
  • An expert-level understanding of Meta Campaigns is required.
  • Proficiency in analysing campaign data using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and leveraging insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing and leveraging user-generated content (UGC) for marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of key marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS.
