ABOUT NEUTONIC
Neutonic is on a mission to help people become more productive through research-backed brain supplements. We launched in November 2023 and have sold over 1M cans, been number 1 on Amazon and have a big pipeline of new products coming soon.
The business is co-founded by 2 creators Chris Williamson and James Smith, their manager Luke Betts and Shan Hanif (Genflow). We are now entering our growth phase and building a world class team to help us get there.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented and passionate marketing manager who loves working with fast growing, consumer brand. The scope of this role is deliberately broad - we need someone who is comfortable with implementing brand marketing strategies, executing customer marketing initiatives, planning and briefing content marketing ideas, and leading on business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will love working with plenty of autonomy and bringing an entrepreneurial flair to the role, which is focussed on growing our brand audience, sales and our offering. The candidate selected will be comfortable working with some of the world’s foremost subject matter experts
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the team to develop and gain agreement on the commercial and marketing strategy, and lead the execution of the plan
- Own the brand TOV , positioning and copywriting as a whole
- Develop an integrated marketing plan for the business that coordinates marketing activity and content across all owned channels and supports the delivery of Neutonic commercial plan
- Creative ideas to deliver the brand message at scale
- Full end to end strategy and execution for product launches, sales, promotions etc
- Create and implement the channel marketing plan each month for all brand channels and touchpoints, including the website, email, paid ads, social and creator owned channels.
- Manage a team of 2 social media, paid media and work with the Genflow wider team.
- Provide key insights into the content marketing strategy, including ideation, creation, and distribution of engaging and relevant content across the brand’s platforms
- Oversee campaign and content shoots, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that shoots are executed on time and within budget
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization and opportunity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer and content marketing and personal development to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Ideal Skills + Experience:
- You can execute: you are happy to fully own the execution of the plan, and will be equally happy whether you are planning the strategy, creating customer marketing emails, or editing a web page. Ultimately you are someone who enjoys having full ownership of the role, and responsibility for executing the plan
- You are a great communicator and are very comfortable presenting the brand to third parties, and you understand how to flex your style to the audience
- Great at marketing copy and can write snappy, compelling copy yourself
- You understand the need to always be selling and pitching because this is how ambitious businesses grow fast
- You are self-starting and thrive working independently and autonomously
