Neutonic is on a mission to help people become more productive through research-backed brain supplements. We launched in November 2023 and have sold over 1M cans, been number 1 on Amazon and have a big pipeline of new products coming soon.
The business is co-founded by 2 creators Chris Williamson and James Smith, their manager Luke Betts and Shan Hanif (Genflow). We are now entering our growth phase and building a world class team to help us get there.
THE ROLE
We are looking for someone to come in and help grow Neutonic into UK retail, distributors and other partnerships.
We have a lot of interest and conversations happening and this role is all about nurturing those and building strategic partnerships with partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Follow up on responses from our in house outreach team.
- Play a key role in meeting with buyers, conducting follow-up calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Build excellent relationships with buyers and prospective buyers
- Collaborate closely with the internal design team’s to create tailored pitches and presentations for retail partners.
- Work closely with the commercial teams to establish pricing for retailers and negotiate deals effectively.
- Find agencies and distributors across UAE, EU etc
- Work closely with buyers to secure and develop the best in store marketing activities and activations for Neutonic
- Organize, outreach, attend, and sell the brand at multiple retail-focused trade shows in the UK and the USA
- Deliver partnerships to grow the brand such as co-working spaces, industry events and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to identify retail trends and opportunities for Neutonic's growth.
- Drive the development of strategic partnerships with retail outlets and distributors.
- Regularly update internal teams on retail performance, market insights, and potential opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities in the retail space to stay ahead of industry trends.
Ideal Skills + Experience:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in account management / partnership based role in a product selling brand in the UK
- Demonstrated huge success in negotiating and securing deals with national chain retail stores.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution channels and processes aswell as the ability to establish and maintain relationships with distributors.
- A strong contact base within the industry is preferred.
